RICHMOND STREET, CENTRAL FALLS, RI This site previously held a nine-unit building with a fire damaged middle section. Coordination with the city transformed this site into 6 beautiful state of the art affordable apartments. |

HANCOCK ESTATES, TIVERTON, RI Hancock Estates is the largest affordable housing development in the history of the town of Tiverton. Nestled in a neighborhood setting, within walking distance to the shore, and approximately one mile from Fall River, Massachusetts. |

HARVARD/COMSTOCK II, PROVIDENCE, RI Low Income Housing Tax Credits were used to continue the redevelopment of this section of South Providence. As part of this project, the oldest building in South Providence was relocated onto a new foundation and preserved. |

MAIN STREET, CUMBERLAND, RI The rehabilitation of Main Street began with the acquisition and redevelopment of one building. Upon that success many others were rehabilitated turning the worst street in Cumberland into a showpiece of historic housing. |
