Historic Rehabilitation of one of the 10 most endangered historic structures in the City of Providence constructed into 16 family apartments.

Rehabilitation of the Historic Kaiser Mill Building. Other phases of the development, include 50 additional independent elderly apartments and an affordable assisting living facility.

The former St. Maria’s Home sat vacant for 20 years and was on the Providence Preservation Society’s most endangered list. Today it thrives as a historic home to its 57 elderly residents.


MOBILE HOME PARKS, COVENTRY AND WEST GREENWICH, RI MOBILE HOME PARKS, COVENTRY AND WEST GREENWICH, RI

FJS worked as a fee developer to preserve 412 mobile homes and affordable housing units through the Rhode Island Mobile Home Statute. The residents of Blueberry Heights, Ramblewood and Mapleroot were able to purchase their parks as a cooperative.
